The last part of the three-part turbo overhaul involves checking the turbos. After the turbochargers have been assembled for Vervaet, a large agricultural machinery supplier from Biervliet, they are thoroughly checked.

After all, the turbochargers have to perform under great pressure. The turbochargers are tried out one by one on our own test benches. Can it handle sufficient pressure, does it not leak and above all, is efficiency more than sufficient? The turbo must meet our strict requirements. For the use in such large agricultural machines as Vervaet, the customer must be able to rely on the turbo being well and solidly constructed. Without extensive testing, we cannot issue the MTQ, the MasterTurbo Quality label.

When the turbo meets the requirements, it can go to the customer. Vervaet has in the meantime already received 23 overhauled turbochargers back in good order. We wish Vervaet a lot of success with the assembly and use!
