When reconditioning, repairing or inspecting a turbo, MasterTurbo always makes sure that the parts are clean so they can be properly viewed and assessed. Previously, the cleaning process involved the use of cold degreaser or brake cleaner, but these products are not sustainable and they are bad for the environment.

MasterTurbo has been using a biodegradable cleaning method for some time. This system from Bio-Circle Surface Technology GmbH uses microorganisms. Grease and oil are broken down naturally without harming the environment. This liquid does not smell, contains no cold degreaser and is not a fire hazard.

Bio-Circle products also last up to four times longer than brake cleaner, for example. The filter system, located at the bottom of the cleaning container, contains various filters and a magnet to remove dirt and metal residues from the cleaning agent. In addition, the microorganisms eliminate the need to replace the liquid; simple replenishing is sufficient.

In this way MasterTurbo is preparing itself for a sustainable future with as little residual waste as possible.
