Overhauling or reconditioning your own current turbo has been an option at MasterTurbo for years. But did you know that we also offer an exchange service? You will receive a new or 100% perfectly reconditioned turbo in exchange for a defective one. So you don't have to wait until your own turbo is ready. MasterTurbo has a large stock of these so-called 'ReMan' turbos.

Garrett, BorgWarner and Holset offer ReMan turbos. These turbos are reconditioned and fully tested to guarantee their high quality. Many suppliers are currently expanding their ReMan range so they can supply even more turbos directly from stock.

If there is no ReMan turbo from one of these brands in stock, we will check to see if we have one of our own ReMan MasterTurbo (RMT) turbos in stock. If this is not the case (because a ReMan is not available for every turbo), you may want to consider a new turbo or reconditioning your current turbo, courtesy of the manufacturer or MasterTurbo’s own workshop.

Turbos that qualify for 'ReManufacturing' are thoroughly checked and verified. After disassembly and cleaning, the parts are tested and subjected to various safety checks. Upon approval, the turbo is reassembled and, where necessary, the defective or worn parts are replaced. After assembly, the turbos are then tested in the factory. Our own line of ReMan turbos (RMT, or ReMan MasterTurbo) is fully tested by us on the flow bench and using other methods. You will of course receive a report of the findings.
